Job Summary:

The Receptionist serves as the primary face and voice of the company. The purpose of this role is to manage front-desk operations by providing professional, high-quality administrative support, ensuring seamless experience for visitors, suppliers, employees and maintaining efficient documentation channels.

 

Education & Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in the use of M.S. office tools and technology relevant to administration function.
  • Language proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in the administration function is a plus.
